OBM: So, for now you have played 3 shows with Skindred, how were these so far?
James Veck-Gilodi: Very good, they are cool dudes. Different crowd, cause we saw nothing like Skindred, they are really heavy, completely different, so we're playing like to a completely new crowd. So it will be fun!

.
OBM: I have read on facebook today that your new single "I'm bore, mostly" is the song of the week on iTunes, how does that feel?
James: It feels good! I didn't know it till today, that's wicked, it's great!

.
OBM: And now something about the new album. What did you feel when you heard the finished product, cause it's also been your fist time on vocals.
James: I was pleased with the way it came out! But it was hard for me to write it, because I've never written lyrics before and I didn't know how to do it, so it was "try this" and it turned out right. But the thing with me on vocals is that i use to lose my voice live, somtimes! But not normally

.
OBM: Why don't you cast a new singer?
James: Yeah, we tried! But no one fitted in.

.

OBM: The artwork on "Fools and worthless liars" is pretty interesting! How much do you guys keep hand in that and why do you choose the boy, to like represent it?
James: We came up with the whole thing and the concept ourselves. We just wanted a little boy, dressed like a grown up man, with a briefcase and stuff. And that's especially what it was. It's representing youth ... I guess.
.

OBM: The song "Hunstanton Pier" is a really personal one, why did you decide to put it on the album?
James: Well, I don't know. There are a lot of things in me that feel like to get out, so they came out in the form of that song. I didn't plan on writing it, so it happened, if you know what I mean. For me it's my favorite song on the record. And a lot of people said that it's the best song on the record! And I’m like being honest in my songs and also as a person.

.

OBM: Yeah, I read the lyrics, and the whole album is like a little book, like taking a look into your soul.
James: Yeah! That's exactly what I wanted! I'm glad you said that!

.

OBM: Can you tell us a little bit about the working/ writing/ recording process?
James: I had a really bad writer's block. So I couldn't write anything and it took me a year to write anything. We ended up with not using the songs I've written, cause they were rubbish. But then I went to stay at my parents, on the countryside, cause I live in London and I hate cities. And the whole album pretty much just came out in like 10 days. That was very, very quickly. I think I was trying too hard before, and then I just stopped trying and it just came out. The recording process was alright, it was the same, this guy he is called Matt O'Grady, who we always record with, he is a good friend of us, so it was comfortable, it was really relaxed, we didn't got things like deadlines. Some days we didn’t record, we just hang out and got drunk.
.

OBM: When did you start playing the guitar?
James: I've started... when I was about 12, just cause I was bored and I got nothing else to do. I started with a really rubbish guitar, but it was really cool.
.

OBM: Do you have any time for sightseeing on tour?
James: Oh yeah, we have on this tour! We don't normally, cause we've never been on a bus before. So it's the first time on the bus, and it normally arrives in the city quite early, so we've been looking around. Went to the Christmas market last night.

.

OBM: How hard was it to lose Ryan?
James: It was hard to lose Ryan, it was horrible! He was a best friend of us for years

and years and years. And then suddenly he just left!We saw him the other day, he came

to one of our shows and he came up on stage singing a song with us and it was really nice to see him again. It was horrible first, since I was 13, I like spent every day with him, cause he was like my really really best friend, we lived at his house. I didn't even told him that, cause we never really talked about it, but it was really horrible!
.

OBM: Is there anything you would like to tell our readers or your fans?
James: For anyone who has literary both our albums, downloaded it illegally and listened to it, or anyone who took the time and listened to our album, thank you very much, it means a lot!
